Richard is a DO candidate from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is interested in psychiatry research and mental health services. He is involved in the project investigating the interplay between social factors, inflammatory markers, and genetic vulnerability in the development of suicidal thoughts and behaviors in older adults. He is responsible for data collection from community samples by administering surveys to elderly participants.
